Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption of the Judiciary Senate Committee Substitute offered on page 4013. Without objection, SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 319(JUD) was adopted. SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 319(JUD) was read the second time. Senator Lincoln offered Amendment No. 1 : Page 3, line 13: after "academy," Insert "including Village Public Safety Officers," Senator Lincoln moved for the adoption of Amendment No. 1.
